I wish to thank Mako4CSS ( http://www.mako4css.com/index.htm ) for their extremely helpful tutorial on CSS Positioning and Layout. Using CSS to create websites is a great deal easier to do, looks cleaner, and uses less code.

The current incarnation of my website is made using CSS, as will the next. Blue Ferret Website, Version 3, will be up and running within a week. At present it only has one style sheet; more will be added in time.
